What we do instead

We are the other end: you name a county and a list type and get back everything in it that matched, as one file, priced per record.

That only makes sense if your deal flow starts with a market rather than a property. A thousand tax-delinquent owners in one county is a calling campaign, not an answer to "who owns this house".

We keep cell and wireless numbers only. Landlines and VoIP are dropped before you are billed, so the count you pay for is the count you can actually text.

If the county holds fewer records than you ordered, you get everything it holds and the difference goes back to your balance automatically. There is no topping the file up with a different list type to hit a promised number.

Which one you actually want

If you drive for dollars or work from a physical pipeline of specific houses, a lookup tool is the correct purchase and a bulk file would mostly sit unused.

If you run outbound — a dialer, a texting campaign, a mail drop — you need volume in one file, and paying per lookup to assemble it is the expensive way to get there.
