Pricing

Per record, not per seat

Start at 5¢ a record with no subscription and no contract. The plans exist for one reason: to lower the rate if you pull regularly. The monthly fee is not a fee you lose — it arrives as credit you spend on records.

What you are charged for

Delivered records. If the county holds fewer than you ordered, you get everything it holds and the difference goes back to your balance automatically — we do not top a short file up with a different list type to reach the number you asked for, because a buyer who ordered tax liens and receives pre-foreclosures has been sold something else.

Landlines and VoIP are dropped before billing, and entities are filtered out before tracing. So the count you pay for is the count you can actually work, which is the only version of a per-record price that means anything. The longer argument is in hit rate vs price per record.

Credit rolls over

Unused plan credit stays on the account for as long as the account is open. Nothing resets on the first of the month, which matters for anyone whose buying runs in quarters rather than weeks.

Minimum order is 100 records. There is no contract and no cancellation window to navigate.

Questions people ask

Do I need a subscription to order?

No. Pay as you go has no monthly fee and no minimum beyond a 100-record order. The plans only make sense once you are pulling regularly — at 5¢ a record, a few hundred records a month does not justify one.

What happens if I go over my included records?

Extra records are charged at your plan rate to the card on file, at the same per-record price as the included ones. There is no penalty tier.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from your account. Credit you have already accrued stays with you.

What if the file is short?

The shortfall is credited back to your balance automatically and shows in your order history. You are only ever charged for records you receive.

Is there a free trial?

No. The closest honest equivalent is a real 100-record order on pay as you go with no subscription attached, which tells you more about the data than a sample we picked would.
