What an append service does

REISkip sits in the append category: you bring addresses or owner names, it returns contact information. The model assumes you have already sourced the list — from a county portal, a data platform, a driving-for-dollars app, or a previous campaign.

That is a clean, useful service, and if list sourcing is the part you have solved, it is the only part you need to buy.

What we do instead

We do both halves. Send us addresses and we will trace them; or name a county and a list type and we will build the list first and then trace it.

The list-building half is the part most people underestimate. A raw county export is full of LLCs, trusts, estates and government forfeiture cases — none of them people you can call. We filter those out before tracing, so you are not paying to append a phone number to a county.

We keep cell and wireless numbers only. Landlines and VoIP are dropped before you are billed, so the count you pay for is the count you can actually text.

If the county holds fewer records than you ordered, you get everything it holds and the difference goes back to your balance automatically. There is no topping the file up with a different list type to hit a promised number.

Which one you actually want

If you already have a list you trust and just need numbers on it, any competent append service will do the job, and the deciding factors are match rate and price.

If you find yourself spending the first evening of every campaign cleaning a county export before you can even trace it, that is the work we are selling you out of.
