Questions
What exactly is in the file?
A CSV with owner name, property address, mailing address when it differs, county, list type and a mobile number. It imports into any dialer or CRM without reformatting.
Are the numbers actually mobile?
Yes. We only keep cell and wireless numbers. Landlines and VoIP are dropped before you are billed, so you never pay for a number you cannot text.
What happens if the county has fewer records than I ordered?
You get everything the county holds and the difference is credited straight back to your balance. You are only ever charged for records you receive.
Can I send you my own list instead?
Yes. Order for the number of addresses in your file and send it over. Anything we cannot match to a mobile number is credited back.
Do the leftover records expire at the end of the month?
No. Credit rolls over for as long as your account is open. Nothing resets on the 1st.
Is this data safe to call and text?
Every list is scrubbed against litigator and DNC data before delivery, and known litigators are removed outright. You are still responsible for TCPA and your own state calling rules.
