Questions
What exactly is in the file?
A CSV with owner name, property address, mailing address where it differs, county, list type and a mobile number. It imports into any dialer or CRM without reformatting.
Are the numbers actually mobile?
Yes. We keep cell and wireless only. Landlines and VoIP are dropped before you are billed, so you never pay for a number you cannot text.
How do you know how many records a county has?
We estimate it from what that list type has actually returned across the counties we have already pulled, scaled to the county population. It is an estimate, and you see the number before you pay.
What if the county has fewer records than I ordered?
You get everything it holds and the difference is credited back to your balance automatically. You are only ever charged for records you receive.
Can I send you my own list instead?
Yes. Order for the number of addresses in your file and send it over. Anything we cannot match to a mobile number is credited back.
Does unused credit expire?
No. It rolls over for as long as your account is open. Nothing resets on the 1st.
Is this data safe to call and text?
Every list runs against litigator and DNC data before delivery, and known litigators are removed outright. You remain responsible for TCPA and your own state calling rules.
